4. How the Investment Process Works
General information about selecting and purchasing an asset.
SOUN TRADE is designed as a multi-asset platform. Available options may include cryptocurrency, stocks, indices and commodities. A user selects an available asset, enters an eligible amount, selects the available investment duration and chooses a supported wallet or payment method.
- Select an available asset such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, SOUN, NVIDIA, Gold, Silver, Oil or another option shown on the platform.
- Enter an amount within the minimum and maximum limits displayed for the selected option.
- Select the desired duration from the options made available for that investment.
- Review the selected asset, amount, period, estimated percentage and payment method before confirming.
- After successful confirmation, the investment may appear in the user's active plan and transaction history.
Where enabled, the user may enter a flexible amount instead of being restricted to one fixed purchase amount. The amount must remain within the displayed platform limits.
5. Selected Duration and Maturity
The selected duration controls the expected investment period.
The user may be offered multiple duration options. The selected duration is saved with the individual investment and may determine the number of eligible recurring periods before maturity. Available duration options may include the following:
| Selected Duration | Configured Repeat Count | General Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 3 Months | 30 periods | The investment remains active for the configured three-month cycle. |
| 6 Months | 60 periods | The investment remains active for the configured six-month cycle. |
| 9 Months | 90 periods | The investment remains active for the configured nine-month cycle. |
| 1 Year | 120 periods | The investment remains active for the configured one-year cycle. |
| 3 Years | 360 periods | The investment remains active for the configured three-year cycle. |
| 5 Years | 600 periods | The investment remains active for the configured five-year cycle. |
| 10 Years | 1,200 periods | The investment remains active for the configured ten-year cycle. |
Maturity generally means the end of the selected investment duration or the completion of the configured number of periods. The platform dashboard may display the starting date, selected duration, completed periods, remaining periods and maturity status.
The selected duration should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Early cancellation, early sale or withdrawal availability may depend on the rules displayed for the selected investment.
6. Estimated Returns, Dividends and Distribution Periods
Percentage information is displayed according to the selected option.
SOUN TRADE may display estimated percentage information for a selected asset and duration. Where configured, eligible recurring returns or dividends may be calculated and recorded every three days during the active duration.
- The percentage may remain the same for users selecting the same plan and duration, while the monetary result depends on the invested amount.
- Estimated return may represent a projected percentage for the selected period.
- Maturity return may represent the total percentage shown for the completed duration.
- A recurring dividend or return may be recorded according to the configured three-day schedule.
- Actual account values, completed periods and transaction records should be reviewed in the dashboard.
Any estimated percentage, projected return or maturity figure displayed by the platform should not be understood as a risk-free or legally guaranteed financial outcome. Market conditions, platform rules, technical events and other factors may affect results.
7. Withdrawals, Selling and Account Balance
Requests are subject to account and transaction checks.
Available balances, recurring returns, completed investments or eligible sale values may be shown in the user's account. A withdrawal or sell request must be submitted using the official platform process and may be subject to verification, account status and applicable transaction requirements.
- The user must provide accurate payment or wallet information.
- A pending request may require review before completion.
- Incorrect destination information may delay or prevent successful processing.
- External banks, payment gateways or blockchain networks may apply their own charges or processing times.
- The transaction history should be retained as evidence of submitted and completed requests.
10. User Choices and Data Requests
Users may contact support regarding their account information.
Subject to platform requirements and applicable rules, a user may request access to certain account information, correction of inaccurate data, account closure or information about how their data is used. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained after account closure.
- Request correction of inaccurate profile information.
- Request available information about the user account.
- Request account closure, subject to pending transactions.
- Ask questions about privacy and information handling.
11. Data Retention
Records may be retained while reasonably required.
Account, transaction, security and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain financial records and meet applicable requirements. Information that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymized or securely archived where appropriate.
12. Age and Eligibility
Users must be legally eligible to use the platform.
SOUN TRADE is not intended for a person who is not legally permitted to enter financial agreements in their location. A user is responsible for confirming that they meet the required age and eligibility conditions.
13. Financial and Market Risk
Multi-asset trading and investing involve financial risk.
Cryptocurrency, stocks, indices and commodities may change in value. Users should understand the selected asset, duration, liquidity, maturity rules and possible losses before making a financial decision.
- Market value may increase or decrease.
- Past or estimated performance does not guarantee future results.
- Long-duration investments may remain active for an extended period.
- Users should not invest money they cannot afford to lose.
- Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions.
SOUN TRADE does not remove the normal risks associated with financial markets. The availability of a plan, calculator, estimated return or maturity percentage does not make an investment risk-free.
14. Changes to This Policy
The policy may be updated when the platform changes.
SOUN TRADE may update this Privacy Policy when platform features, security practices, payment methods, investment options or information-handling practices change. The updated version may be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued platform use after an update may indicate acceptance of the revised policy.
15. Privacy and Support Contact
Contact the official SOUN TRADE support channel for assistance.
Users may contact SOUN TRADE support with questions about personal information, account access, investment duration, maturity, recurring distributions, payments, withdrawals or transaction history.
Do not include a password, OTP, PIN, private key or wallet recovery phrase in a support message.
